OK, Here's My 7

1. I have been knowing and loving Jesus for 46 years
2. I was brought up to respect girls and women, think of them as pure and gentle (still do, mostly)
3. I am an artist
4. I am father of 6 children and stepfather(same thing, to me) of 3 more and grandfather of 17, great grandfather of 1 (+½)
5. I talk to myself, the Lord, and my deceased wife all the time
6. I love to sing and know so many songs that I can scarcely hear a word or a musical note without thinking of a song with that in it.
7. I have read a lot, mostly classics - probably thousands of them

I really love this!! I think the same about women!! I am sorry for the loss of your wife. You say that you are a step dad, so did you remarry as a widower?
@Such_are_you@xanga - Thanks for coming by. No, my first wife left for greener pastures (although she has since come to the Lord). We were married 13 years; my second marriage (after a 7 year period as a single dad) lasted almost 32 years...guess you can figure about how old I must be

We are alike in several ways. #'s 3, 5 (that one made me smile, but of course I don't have a deceased wife... or a deceased anyone for that matter...
), and 6 (I often say my life is a song, or I live my life in song.).

@quest4god - Well, if there's a delay in my post, you can blame it on Colin. I've just asked him to work up a graphic for it. ;-D
BTW: the tagging didn't work. In Xanga, I know you can simply use @USERNAME, but I'm not sure how you would make it work in Revelife to tag those w/ Xanga screen addresses. Perhaps @USERNAME.xanga???
Cool list. What kind of art do you do?
@stephensmustang@xanga - In years past I painted quite a lot in oils and acrylics, putting some work in a sales and rental program and entering juried art shows. Now, I am mostly drawing for practice - just about any subject. Maybe I'll try other things when I have the money for supplies.
@quest4god - wouild love to see pics of some of your art posted if you ever feel comfortable doing that.
